What are credits?
Credits are used for engineering analyses, reports and data products. You buy a result - a point analysis, an Engineering Exposure Report, an analysis data export, the hourly CEY thermodynamics, a regional envelope - not an individual variable like temperature or chloride.
Do I lose credits reopening a result?
No. Existing results can be reopened and compared without spending credits. You only spend credits the first time a result is produced.
What happens to unused subscription credits?
Engineer and Professional plan credits roll over for up to 3 months, up to your plan's wallet cap (300 for Engineer, 900 for Professional). Credits older than 3 months expire; the cap keeps the wallet from growing without limit.
Do pay-as-you-go credits expire?
Yes - PAYG credit packs are valid for 12 months from purchase. Subscription credits and PAYG credits can both be in your wallet at once; the soonest-to-expire credits are always spent first.
What do the 80 Free welcome credits unlock?
The one-time welcome grant is enough for one Full Point Analysis (80 credits). It is granted once per verified account after registration.
Is there a limit on regional envelopes?
Self-serve Regional Climate Envelopes are limited in gridpoints, area and data volume so the fixed 500/900-credit price stays accurate. Larger regions are available on Enterprise or as a manually scoped project.
